Please contact the owner directly for the plans and specifications. As of April 9th, 2021 2 addendum have been issued for this project. MCI Norfolk - Wastewater Plant Replacement, Norfolk, MA. This project involves the replacement of a wastewater treatment facility, with some elements of renovation. Replace the existing Membrane Biological Reactor plant with an activated sludge plant, including construction of a new distribution box and post-aeration tank, retrofitting existing circular tanks into secondary clarifiers, modifications to the existing biological reactors, construction of a new two-story pump station within a structure, replacement of the tertiary filters, replacement of process equipment and piping, and associated electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, and plumbing. The Category of Work is Sewage and Water Treatment Plants. Every General Bidder must be certified by DCAMM for less than the bid price, plus all add alternates, if applicable.
