Reconstruct the pavement section for the North Frontage Road (NFR) from Avenue 9E to Avenue 10E and for Avenue 10E from the North Frontage Road to 28th Street; construct a traffic signal at the intersection of NFR and Ave 9E with interconnect to Ave 10E; construct a multi-use path along the west side of Ave 10E; construct a pickup/ drop-off lane along Ave 10E at the Sunrise Elementary School frontage; Signing, Pavement Markings and other miscellaneous improvements and appurtenances as required by the project documents. This project is funded entirely by local funding sources. Therefore, Davis-Bacon wages and DBE/MBE/WBE participation requirements will not be in effect for this project.
