Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The work consists of, but is not limited to: Removal of an existing steel bridge, installation of a double cell precast concrete box culvert, paving and miscellaneous work. For the construction of the Ave. 3E at Co. 14 1/2 St, (A Canal) Bridge Replacement, CIP No. 1.2102, Yuma County, Arizona, and work incidental thereto. Each bid must be submitted in accordance with the Project's Proposal Pamphlet and on the forms provided therein including, the non-collusion affidavit and a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the total amount of the bid. The proposed work is located at Avenue 3E over the A Canal at County 14 Street. The work consists of, but is not limited to: Removal of an existing steel bridge, installation of a double cell precast concrete box culvert, paving and miscellaneous work. The amount programmed for the base bid is $1,000,000. The project construction will start on Saturday 11/23/2024 and all work shall be complete and in place by Friday 12/20/2024. All bids must be in a sealed envelope and plainly marked: Ave. 3E at Co. 14 1/2 St, (A Canal) Bridge Replacement CIP No. 1.2102 . The Yuma County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in a bid, as it may deem in the best interest of the County.
