A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Project Scope: The Project consists of A. A new one-story building and associated utilities and sitework. A garage space is included, consisting of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building which shall be Engineered by the successful bidder in accordance with criteria set forth in the plans and specifications. An office area is included, to be constructed as indicated in the plans and specifications. B. Additive Alternate bid #1 consists of a Pre-Engineered Metal Canopy which shall be Engineered by the successful bidder in accordance with criteria set forth in the plans and specifications. Site work and utility work related to Additive Alternate bid #1 is to be constructed as indicated in the plans and specifications. B. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Location - 3575 SOUTH AVENUE 4 E YUMA, ARIZONA 85365 The project consists in the construction of a one-story building and associated utilities and sitework. A garage space is included, consisting of a pre-engineered metal building, an office area is included to be constructed as indicated in the plans and specifications.
