Site work for a road / highway in Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Landscaping enhancements for the medians on Avenue 3E from 40th Street to 32nd Street and on 32nd Street from Avenue 3E to Arizona Avenue. Improvements include replacing the existing irrigation systems and placing vegetation and ground cover. The work includes repairs to damage concrete curb and stamp concrete in the median areas. The Work shall be substantially complete within 110 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in the Notice to Proceed, and all Work shall be finally completed and ready for final payment in accordance with the Notice to Proceed within 140 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commences to run. Any Bidder may withdraw or revise his bid by written request to the City, at any time prior to the deadline for bid submittal as set forth in the Request for Bids. Any withdrawal or revision must be signed by the person indicated on the Authorized Signature Form. If a Bidder withdraws his bid after the time set for opening bids, the Bid Bond is subject to forfeiture as liquidated damages. Questions must be received through the Procurement Portal by 11:00 am AZ Time on, 08/01/2024 so that a response may be posted as an addendum to the RFB through the Procurement Portal
