**As of July 29, 2020, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Onslow County Schools reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. The project consists of the demolition of the Old Dixon Middle School in its entirety, including but not limited to the roof, walls, floor, foundations, basement, all plumbing, mechanical, and electrical components, exterior stairs, and some asphalt paving, concrete paving and site utilities. The scope also includes the removal and disposal of hazardous materials. Refer to the project manual for list of allowances, unit pricing, and drawings for complete extent of work. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated, or reasonably implied on the drawings and/or specifications for a complete, first class job
