Saving Project...

Site work for a municipal facility in Tavares, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The purpose of this solicitation is to select a Contractor to install fencing and motorized gates at the new Lake County Animal Shelter per plan. A. Site will be rough graded and ready for work, by others. B. The contractor shall install fencing per supplied plans. Fencing on plans is indicated by green, blue, and yellow highlighting. C. The contractor shall install any requited low voltage wiring. 110-volt circuit installation and connection to be made by others. D. Contractor to install all fencing, gates, and openers per plan E. Contractor shall warranty all work for 5 years from date of approval by Lake County. F. Exhibit D is color coded. The brown lines represent work will be completed by others. G. Exhibit D, in the horse paddock and exercise yard, the fence type 4 is against fence type 1. Work must be completed within 30 days after issuance of purchase order or notice to proceed. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
