The Town of Normal Water Department will receive sealed bids for the following: Oak Street Water Main Replacement General Project Description: The BASE BID work includes furnishing and installing approximately 1,389 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter water main (open cut) along sections of Stewart Street, Oak Street and Phoenix Street including piping, valves, taps, and all appurtenant work. All Bidding Document holders must provide a name, phone number and email address to receive electronic addenda. This is a prevailing-wage project. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final. Owner plans on taking item to the July 20th Town Council Meeting.
