Site work and paving for a civil project in Emmett, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of two phases. Phase 1 will include 12' x 40' concrete boat ramp, fixed pier, gravel road and parking areas, porta-potty kiosk, fencing, and boulder placement. Phase 2 will include earthwork, steel gates and four floating docks. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required. A valid Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required of the successful bidder and all subcontractors at the time of bid opening. Bids may also be mailed by U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to P.O. Box 25, Boise, Idaho 83707 but must arrive at the PO Box before 7:00 a.m. on June 10, 2020.
