Upper Pressure Zone 1 Storage Tank and Future Booster Station Buyer shall make a decision on award within 60 days. The Project includes the following Work: Bid Schedule 1: The construction of a new above ground, bolted-steel, 300,000 gallon water storage tank, site piping, altitude valve assembly, underground electrical and fiber optics, limited instrumentation and controls, gravel access roads, site fencing, an overflow and stormwater retention pond, and other miscellaneous site improvements. Bid Schedule 2: The construction of pressure reducing valve station, piping, surface repairs, and appurtenances on E 12th Street. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of five percent of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Emmett as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. City of Emmett reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of City of Emmett.
