Per the owner, as of July 8, 2021, this solicitation has been awarded. The owner states that awards have been made for three regions. Coastal Region has been awarded to Stantec Northern Region has been awarded to Stantec Southern Region has been awarded to JC Chang and Associates Work is to be done on an as-needed basis. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .............. Provide professional Mechanical Engineering design services for the following repair / modification / replacement type projects within Northern, Southern and Coastal California. Provide field investigations, prepare Plans, Specifications and Cost Estimates for: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning; Boilers; Chillers; Fans; Plumbing; Compressed Air, Automotive Fluid and Industrial Mechanical Systems, Elevators, Refrigeration, Fire Sprinklers; Building Management Systems; Pneumatic Controls; and or Direct Digital Controls type projects. Related services may include but not be limited to providing hazardous material assessments, surveys, reports, abatement design plans/specifications, cost estimates and air monitoring associated with the above work. Consultants work may also require the participation of other engineering related disciplines such as architecture, civil, electrical, and structural. All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California. The estimated retainer contract value is $ 5,000,000.
