Renovation of an educational facility in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Provide design build services for installation of two (2) illuminated EVC logo signs. All Bid Questions must be submitted electronically to the Q&A section of the District eBid system . The deadline to submit questions is 5:00 PM on June 29, 2020. The District will issue electronic response(s) to the Bid Questions as Amendments to the bid documents. Substantial Completion of the Work shall be achieved by (185) calendar days after the date for commencement of the Work as set forth in the Notice to Proceed issued by the District. This project requires Prevailing Wages and is covered by the Districts Construction Careers Agreement with the Santa Clara and San Benito Building & Construction Trades Council.
