Dock Area Will Be Used Periodically by the Owner During Construction and Construction Needs to Accommodate Owner's Loading Activities. Loading Dock Area to Be Continuously Sealed From the Rest of the Facility During Construction. Work to Be Performed After Normal Facility Working Hours. This Project is for Mechanical Subcontractors. Parties May Become a Subscriber by Paying an Annual Cost of $200 Electronically for Unlimited Downloads. The 'download Delivery Fee Selection' is Charged to Each Plan Holder Once the Download of Bid Documents is Initiated. The 'on-line Bidding Fee Selection' 'bidder Pays (Min. $25.00)' is an Additional Charge to Bidders Who Submit an Online Bid at the Time of Bid Close. Plan Holders Are Parties That Have Downloaded the Plans and Specifications. Plan Holders Will Be Notified via Email as Addenda Are Issued. Parties That Download the Plans and Specifications and Need to Have Them Printed Elsewhere Are Solely Responsible for Those Printing Costs. Note: Paper Copies of Plans and Specifications Will Not Be Distributed by the Owner or Its Agent(S).
