Renovation of a municipal facility in Lewiston, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The New York Power Authority invites your firm to submit a proposal to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment (except for services, materials, and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the contract documents) and perform all operations required for the Next Generation Niagara Mechanical Upgrades at the Authoritys Robert Moses Niagara Power Project located in Lewiston, NY all in accordance with the bid/contract documents. Further details on qualifications/requirements can be found in the Bid Document. This contract may be fulfilled by a Sub Contract, Joint Venture or Co-Production arrangement. Contract term: 15 years Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% The Work under these contract documents applies to the 13 hydroelectric turbinegenerator units and appurtenances at the New York Power Authority’s (NYPA, the Authority) Robert Moses Niagara Power Plant (RMNPP) and this work is part of the overall life extension and modernization program referred to as the Next Generation Niagara Program designed to preserve and modernize an aging generating facility so it can continue to reliably provide power and maintain capacity and water-to-wire efficiency
