Site work for a water / sewer project in Lewiston, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves upgrade of the comfort/fish cleaning station which includes the installation of a second lavatory with a separate entrance; replacement of the fish grinding equipment; and upgrade of the HVAC and electrical and lighting equipment. Alternates to the base bid work described above include removal and replacement of the north and/or south staircase and associated concrete slabs and site restoration, and/or providing a pavilion, concrete slab and associated site work. Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the total contract award amount.
