The Project Consists of Installation of New Scada and Controls at the Following Sites in the Town of Lewiston Water Pollution Control Center (Wpcc)-501 Pletcher Road, Lewiston, Ny 14092 Creek Road Pump Station - Between 3984 Ny-18 and 3996 Ny-18 Youngstown Ny Joseph Davis Pump Station - 4114 Lower River Road Old Lewiston Road Pump Station 5480 Old Lewiston Road Swann Road Pump Station 1297 Swann Road College Heights Pump Station - 400 University Drive Swain Road Pump Station - Town of Porter Expected award date February 12, 2024. Bond Doc: A bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid made payable to the 'Town of Lewiston" will be required and is subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Failure to submit a bid bond or certified check with bid will result in automatic disqualification of bid. If, upon acceptance of their bid, a bidder fails to enter into a Contract with the Town of Lewiston, the bid security shall be forfeited to and become the property of the Town. No bidder may withdraw their Bid within forty-five (45) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100 percent (100%) of the total Contract award amount. Owner Rights: The Town of Lewiston reserves the right to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids.
