Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include crack repair, seal coat, and restriping of the existing 74,000 square foot parking lot. Includes removing and replacing ADA signage, removal and reuse of existing Lewis-Clark State College (LCSC) signage, removal and disposal of existing wheel stops, installation of new wheel stops, and installation and maintenance of erosion control measures during construction within the parking lot area. Bid alternate is for crack repair, seal coat, and re-striping of the existing basketball court including rock top dressing on west end of the parking lot and installation and maintenance of erosion control measures during construction within the basketball court area. Plans, specifications, proposal forms and other information are on file for examination at the following locations: State of Idaho Division of Public Works, 502 N. 4th St., Boise, ID 83702 (208) 332-1900 and Blueprint Specialties, 6205 W. Overland Rd., Boise, ID 83709 (208) 377-0294 A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
