Contract awarded November 10, 2020. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the anticipated release of Solicitation number FA252120B0009 being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB). All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the pre-solicitation notice. This solicitation is being offered to Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) firms; all others will be deemed non responsive. Contract award will be based on Sealed Bid - FAR Part 14. In accordance with FAR Part 14.408(a)(3); award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors included in the invitation. For three (3) lift stations (LS 47151, LS 55853, and LS 88928), repair by replacement. Install new pumps, pipes, valves and check valves. Install new wet wells. Provide new electrical control cabinets, main power disconnects and SCADA. Provide wash-down water. Conduct system tests and start-up. Once new lift stations are operational, demolish existing lift stations. For seven (7) lift stations (LS 79139, LS 79140, LS 81726, LS 85124, LS 90404, LS 90405, and LS 81904), install new pipes, valves and check valves and bring all assemblies above ground. Reline wet wells as required. Provide new electrical control cabinets, main power disconnects and SCADA systems as required. Provide wash-down water. Conduct system tests and start-up. The performance period for this project will be two hundred and sixty (260) calendar days, to begin 10 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). NTP to be issued within 30 days after award.
