Renovation of a municipal facility in George, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project consists of replac-ing the roof on the George Community Hall, To address structural deficiencies at the roof support, the existing timber trusses spaced at 14 feet on cen-ter and associated purlin fram-ing will be removed and replaced with new roof framing and wood trusses spaced at 2 feet on cen-ter. This will require a full recon-struction of the roof, ceiling, and appurtenances over the footprint of the affected structure, all as shown on the Contract Plans and Provisions. The Work shall be substantially complete within 95 working days after the commencement date stat-ed in the Notice to Proceed. Questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer. George Community Hall, Inc. expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal. Engineer's Estimate: $175,000 to $200,000
