Renovation of a municipal facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Eau Claire County is requesting bids for 2 (two) HVAC projects, Comm Center HVAC Replacement, and 2nd Floor VAV Retrofit for the Government Center located at 721 Oxford Avenue, Eau Claire WI. A bid bond is required. This bid bond can be a 5% certified check or a typical 5% bid bond from an insurance company. Certified checks will be returned after the award process. All projects estimated to cost over $50,000 will require a 100% Performance Bond be attained by the selected contractor. Eau Claire County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities in any bid or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of Eau Claire County. Deadline for Questions & Approval of Alternates - July 10, 2020 1:00 PM CDT The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work not later than 45 days from the date of commencement.
