Renovation of an educational facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work includes replacement of existing condensing unit. Lump sum bid proposals with 100% performance bond and 5% bond security are required. The Eau Claire Area School District reserves the right to reject all proposals not deemed in the best interest of the school district.
