Renovation of an educational facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Lump sum bid proposals with 100% performance bond and 5% bond security are required. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid due date. Sealed bids identified as Memorial High School Roof Replacement may be mailed or hand-delivered to: Jeff Nestor, Facilities Planning Manager, ECASD, at 623 North Hastings Way, Eau Claire, WI 54703. Memorial High School Roof Replacement Project. Work includes Tear-off of existing roofing and insulation and installation of tapered insulation, EPDM roofing , and associated flashing and trim. Contractors may arrange to visit the site by contacting Jeff Nestor. The Eau Claire Area School District reserves the right to reject all proposals not deemed in the best interest of the school district.
