Site work and paving for a road / highway in Unity, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of 01/07/2021, the project was awarded to United Construction: $1,520,901.98. THE TOWN OF UNITY is soliciting bids for the Stage Road Reconstruction Project. The project tasks are generally as follows: installation of erosion control measures as required, removal of designated trees within work area as necessary, installation of new drainage structure along West Unity Road, installation of MSE slope stabilization wall between West Unity Road and Stage Road, excavation for Stage Road subgrade, culverts, underdrain, and retaining walls, installation of new culverts, headwalls, underdrain, and retaining walls along Stage Road, construction of new roadway selects and complete finished grading of road, and install permanent stabilization measures and remove temporary erosion control devices. There is no mandatory pre-bid meeting, however all contractors will be required to sign off that they have visited the site prior to submitting a bid.
