The work to be done generally consists of but is not limited to: Contractor shall improve existing medians that contain some existing trees, that previously were turfed and were irrigated with sprinklers and have since been sprayed to kill grass and are covered with mulch. Work includes clearing existing mulch, fine grading, soil treatment, decomposed granite, synthetic turf, landscape planting, automatic drip irrigation system, 30 day plant establishment period and 60 day project maintenance. The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to, the items described. All work shall include the furnishing of labor, services, tools, equipment, materials, appurtenances and incidentals necessary to install and complete the work contemplated per the plans and specifications. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis. Due to COVID-19 directives, the City of Yorba Linda is open to the public by appointment only. However, staff members are still present during normal working hours and bids will still be received by the City Clerk’s office until 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of August 2020 either by mail or through the front door mail slot at City Hall.
