As required by the Ministry of Education, School District No. 73 (Kamloops-Thompson) is conducting a “Market Sounding” for the Parkcrest Elementary Replacement project. The objective of the market sounding is to gauge interest in the project if it proceeds to tender in the near future. The School District is seeking responses from General Contractors only. Responses only need to indicate that the General Contractor would have interest bidding on the project if it goes to tender in the near future, and that the General Contractor believes at this time there is sufficient capacity within the marketplace to complete the project. The responses need only be a maximum of one page on company letterhead. Please note that by responding to the market sounding, neither the General Contractor nor the School District have any implied or non-implied obligations once the project goes to tender.
