** As of 5/14/2021 the owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. Selection of the Design-Build Team is scheduled for May 2021. The City of Santa Cruz Water Department has issued this Request for Qualifications for interested and qualified design build entities to provide complete design and construction services for the Graham Hill Water Treatment Plant Facility Improvement Project (GHWTP FIP) located in Santa Cruz, California. The GHWTP is a 24 MGD surface water treatment plant undergoing a major rehabilitation to address aging infrastructure, upgrade the treatment process, and increase system reliability.
