The project also includes fire hydrants, valves, services, and all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for the project. LOCATION: Eugene Kranz Jr. High School Parking Lot 12850 FM 3436, Dickinson, Texas 77539 This project generally includes the installation of approximately 2,150 L.F. of a 6-inch thru 12-inch diameter water line along FM 3436 (TxDOT right of way). The project also includes fire hydrants, valves, services, and all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for the project Portion of work is being performed in an easement where construction of a storage facility id underway. Contractor to work with the other Engineer’s estimate is $180,000. The Contract duration is 75 calendar days. The City anticipates having a contract award in August 2020 and a Notice to proceed shortly thereafter
