Galveston County is seeking professional services for the design, and construction administration of the project for the Jerry J. Esmond Juvenile Justice Center remodel & expansion project. Galveston County currently owns a building in Texas City, Texas that will be remodeled & expanded to meet the requirements of the Texas Juvenile Justice Department Board including all applicable codes, permits, operations, programs, space needs, and equipment requirements. Submission Instructions: Sealed qualification statements in sets of five (5), one (1) single-sided unbound original, four (4) single-sided copies, and one electronic copy (USB) of its Statement of Qualifications will be received in the office of the Galveston County. All submittals must be marked on the outside of the sealed envelope: RFQ #B231002, Architectural Design Services for Juvenile Justice Facilities Department Proposer's name, return address, should be prominently displayed on the proposal package for identification purposes. The timestamp clock located in the Purchasing Agent's office shall serve as the official time-keeping piece for this solicitation process.
