Site work for a mixed-use development in Millcreek Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
This project includes excavation, grading, and installation of a rain garden and stormwater conveyance improvements at Community Park in Summit Township. Proposal must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Summit Township. The successful bidder is required to submit Performance and Payment Bonds of 100% of the contract amount. Work performed must be in conformance with the plans and specifications. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Requests for clarification are due Tuesday, August 11, 2020 12:00:00 PM
