Site work and paving for a road / highway in Millcreek Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a 1,981,287-square-foot road / highway.
Milling and paving approximately 220,143 square yards and the installation of 5 wheelchair accessible ramps on various roads in Millcreek Township. A tentative list of roads is provided with the contract documents but is not considered integral. The Township reserves the right to add or delete locations. Contract Documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be reviewed or obtained for a non-refundable deposit. Addenda will be issued only to those who have officially obtained the documents. Each bid must include a bid guarantee of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, payable to Millcreek Township, in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond with corporate surety. Bids may be held for up to 60 days for review and qualification purposes. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive informalities or minor deviations in the bidding. Milling of Asphalt Pavement, furnish and placement of Flexible Base Replacement, Superpave Leveling Course. Superpave Binder Course, Superpave Wearing Course and Design/Build of ADA Ramps. Flexible Base Replacement and Binder Course as directed by the Township.
