The contractor shall perform, carry out or provide, in a professional manner, all of the services and/or goods set forth in Exhibit A of this Agreement, entitled Scope of Services. Townships Specifications are hereby incorporated in this Agreement and in said Exhibit A hereto. Township Building Asphalt Resurfacing Project -2025 This project entails milling and asphalt resurfacing a portion of the Streets Department parking lots just north of the Mill creek Township Municipal Building. Newly paved accessibility parking areas must meet all criteria of the Proposed Accessibility Guidelines for Pedestrian Facilities in Public Rights of Way dated July 26, 2011, as most recently amended, the 2010 ADAStandard as amended and the Millcreek Township Code. All restoration is also included in the bid. This project is subject to coverage under the Davis-Bacon and related acts. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address areon record as having obtained the Contract Documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond with corporate surety payable to Millcreek Township in an amount equal to ten percent(10%) of the bid price. Bids may be held by the Township for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. Millcreek Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor deviations in the bidding.
