As of December 16 2021 there is no awarded bidder. The project work scope consists of a new public works facility adjacent to The City of Ramseys current public works facility. Bid Package No. 1 consists of surveying, civil site work, footings and foundations, masonry, precast panels & plank, structural steel materials and structural steel erection. The Bid Categories and Quote Categories are constructed to follow as close as possible the CSI format of the Contract Documents.
