The three trail connection projects, which are part of the City Bikeway Master Plan, being proposed would fill important gaps in the city-wide trail network. Two of the connections being proposed are along the Oak Parkway Trail and the third is along the Humbug-Willow Creek Trail at the East Bidwell Street undercrossing. The City intends to award all three connection projects to one firm. The City of Folsom Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms or interdisciplinary teams ("Consultant") to provide trail design services for the following Class I trail connection projects: 1. Oak Parkway Trail - Willow Creek Drive Connection 2. Humbug Willow Creek Trail - East Bidwell Street Connection 3.
