Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Each bid must be accompanied by a proposal security in the amount of 10% of the amount bid in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, or satisfactory bid bond naming the Monroe County Conservation District as Payee. No bid or proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date specified above for receiving, opening, or reading of bids. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid, naming the Monroe County Conservation District as Payee
