The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide crews, which shall consist of from two (2) to six (6) people, all equipment, labor, supervision, material and any other incidentals necessary to perform hourly spot hand mowing and litter removal services within the Leesburg Residency in Loudoun County in VDOT's Northern Virginia District. To provide crews, which shall consist of from two (2) to six (6) people, all equipment, labor, supervision, material and any other incidentals necessary to perform hourly spot hand mowing and litter removal services within the Leesburg Residency in Loudoun County in VDOTs Northern Virginia District. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions via email by 5:00 PM EST on August 24, 2020. Questions should be received by close of business no later than 5 days prior to bid closing date. From date of award through one (1) year, with four (4) optional one (1) year renewal periods. The Commonwealth further reserves the right to reject any (bid/proposal) if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such (bidder/offeror) fails to satisfy the Commonwealth that such (bidder/offeror) is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
