Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Granite Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

Bidders shall furnish the usual bonds (Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond) as required by the Specifications within seven (7) days after Notice of Award of Contract. No Bidder shall modify, withdraw, or cancel his Bid or any part thereof for thirty (30) days after the time designated for the receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or bids and to waive any defects, irregularities or information in any proposal or bid, and to award the contracts to other than the lowest bidder, if in their discretion the interests of the project will be best served thereby. Prevailing Wage requirements are required as stated in Section 00 22 13. Deadline for questions is 5:00 PM Monday, 17 August 2020.
