**As of June 10,2021 This project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed and Start date and completion date has not yet been established.** Phase-2 of this project consists of remodeling the existing 7th floor of East Wing PCS Acute Care Unit into the EEG Office Department. The project area is approximately 1,938 sq. ft. This project includes but is not limited to architectural systems, infrastructure, casework, mechanical, plumbing, medical gas, medical equipment, office equipment, furniture, data cabling/wireless access points, nurse call system, fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system and electrical system. Refer to Contract Documents for complete scope of work. Under-floor work at 6th floor shall be pre-coordinated 30 days in advance with University's Representative & Patient Care Services and work must be performed at a single patient care room before working in the next patient care room. Bidder Qualifications: To be eligible for consideration of award, bidders must have the minimum experience set forth in the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must submit the qualification documents as an attachment to the Bid Form.
