The City of Valdosta reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise. The City of Valdosta is an equal opportunity employer. The Contractor will be required to maintain all work done by him in a first class condition, for sixty (60) days after the same has been completed as a whole, and the engineers have notified the Contractor in writing that the work has been finished and finalized to their satisfaction. The retained percentage will not be due to the contractor until after the 60 days maintenance period, but may be payable to the discretion of the Engineer.
