Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Henderson, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

A timeline for the award is not yet determined.** Contract includes all work indicated in the drawings and specifications for Plumbing Contract # D005717 or "PC" but is not limited to: Provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to install: all DWV, waterline, and propane line All copper piping and valves, all plumbing fixtures and connections, connect building sewer line into the new septic tank, floor drains/cleanouts, etc. Install water service line into the building from capped stub in existing valve pit. Install water service to drinking fountain from capped stub in existing valve pit. Provide propane line/regulator and terminations. Furnish and install instantaneous water heaters. Furnish and install drinking fountain (coordinate with GC with components that get cast into the sidewalk). The PC shall work along with the GC to make roof penetrations as the GC is shingling. The PC shall leave all utility trenches ready for the GC to restore with topsoil, seed, and mulch. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: Plumbing Contract D005717: $4,000.00, Four Thousand Dollars & 00/100. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract.
