The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) and accompanying specifications are to provide instructions and assistance in submitting an offer to supply road sand mix per specifications shown below with 10% salt sand for the Routt County Road and Bridge Department for the period approximately December 2020 through May 2021 on an as-needed basis. The objective is to issue a purchase order to supplier by September 17, 2020.
