The project is located in West Steamboat Springs, Colorado and is sponsored by the City of Steamboat Springs, Routt County, Colorado Department of Transportation and the State of Colorado Office of Public and Private Partnership. The project includes: Site development across approximately 2.2 acres at 1605 Lincoln Avenue Approximately 45,000 GSF of finished space across 4 building levels 3 floors of workforce apartments (33 units) 1 main level of childcare facilities targeting infant and toddler care (9 classrooms) Scope: The City of Steamboat Springs expects the CM/GC Contractor to provide full design assist, plan review, cost estimating, scheduling, procurement and construction services related to completion of the Childcare and Workforce Housing project. The CM/GC will participate in the remaining phases of preconstruction working with the project team through the remainder of Design Development (DD) and Construction Documents (CDs).
