Reference Number 0000400866 Bid Intent Not Available The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) and accompanying drawings and specifications are to provide instructions and assistance in submitting a proposal response for the Routt County Justice Center existing BAS Replacement. The Justice Center is located at 1955 Sheild Drive, Steamboat Springs, Colorado to be completed in 2026. The objective is to have a fully executed Routt County construction contract by November 21, 2025. Routt County is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed and professional Temperature Control Contractors (TCC) for a Building Automation System (BAS) replacement of the HVAC control equipment at the Routt County Justice Center. Existing Johnson Controls BAS controllers shall be replaced with Distech BACnet IP controllers. The BAS building network will be installed by the TCC under this scope of work while the building level JACE (or equivalent) controllers communicating to the Tridium Front End Supervisor will be on the county Ethernet network. There is an existing network hosting solution, to remain, which links the BAS building network to the to the front end supervisor.
