Scope of the Project: Widen approximately 0.6 miles of E Valley Highway, between Lakeland Hills Way and Terrace View Drive SE. Intersection improvements. Addition of a separated non-motorized trail. Additional northbound and southbound through lanes. Center turn lane to support existing and future development. Illumination. Traffic signal modifications. Storm drainage improvements, including the replacement of a roadside ditch with a closed stormwater conveyance system. Coordinating the relocation of private utility facilities.
