Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Castle Rock, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,500-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

As of March 25, 2025, this project has been completed. The project consists of ground up, new construction, of a freestanding 2 level structure approximately 7500 SF. The project will consisting of an indoor social space approximately 1000 SF, Outdoor social area approximately 1300, Gym approximately 1500 SF, bathrooms / locker rooms, and a Pool approximately 4000 SF. The project will be constructed during Normal/ Daytime operating hours. The project will primarily consist of: Utilities, Sitework, Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Architectural Woodwork, Exterior Envelope, Structural steel, EIFS, Siding, Roofing, Glazing, Finishes, Specialties, Pool, Conveyance, MEP systems, Landscape and others. Please note the project requires a Two (2) year warranty for all work. The overall duration of the project will be 10-11 months for completion. The anticipated start date is October 1, 2020, with substantial completion no later than August 31, 2021. Plans had Specifications have been uploaded onto Procore for download and review.
