As of March 25, 2025, this project has been completed. The project consists of ground up, new construction, of a freestanding 2 level structure approximately 7500 SF. The project will consisting of an indoor social space approximately 1000 SF, Outdoor social area approximately 1300, Gym approximately 1500 SF, bathrooms / locker rooms, and a Pool approximately 4000 SF. The project will be constructed during Normal/ Daytime operating hours. The project will primarily consist of: Utilities, Sitework, Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Architectural Woodwork, Exterior Envelope, Structural steel, EIFS, Siding, Roofing, Glazing, Finishes, Specialties, Pool, Conveyance, MEP systems, Landscape and others. Please note the project requires a Two (2) year warranty for all work. The overall duration of the project will be 10-11 months for completion.
