Reference Number 0000383599 The Department of Open Space and Natural Resources (OSNR) of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests qualifications and pricing from responsible and qualified individuals/companies to assist the County, on an as-needed basis, with gate maintenance, repairs, and installation at various County Open Space properties. Individual projects/services will be discussed, negotiated, and issued as required throughout the 2025/2026 calendar years. The contracts with the individuals/companies, as a result of this RFQ, shall be considered Blanket Purchase Agreements. The Blanket Purchase Agreement authorizes, but does not obligate, the County to utilize any minimum or maximum, dollar amount or quantity of services from any specific company.
