Reference Number 0000379804 Job Location: 4175 Castleton Court Castle Rock, Colorado United States 80109 The work to be performed under this contract includes roadway widening of Crowfoot Valley Road from Knobcone Drive to Macanta Boulevard, including new traffic signal installation at the intersection with Sapphire Pointe Boulevard. The work included in this contract generally includes: removals of existing asphalt and concrete pavements, private utility relocation coordination, installation of new storm drain pipe, new sanitary sewer manholes, storm drain inlets and manholes, new traffic signal installation, grading/earthwork, construction zone traffic control, erosion control installation and maintenance, hot mix asphalt placement, aggregate base course placement, concrete pavement placement, flatwork, pavement markings, and sign installation. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract conditions and specifications. The contractor shall complete the work within 198 calendar days. A schedule of all work shall be submitted at or before the project pre-construction meeting, and approved by the Town prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed. The Notice to proceed date is estimated to be April 30, 2025.
