Individual projects/services will be discussed, negotiated, and issued as required throughout the 2025/2026 calendar years. The goal of the County, through this RFQ, is to assemble a list of several qualified General Contractor's to be utilized, as needed. The agreement(s) with the General Contractor, as a result of this RFQ, shall be considered Blanket Purchase Agreements. The Blanket Purchase Agreement authorizes, but does not obligate, the County to utilize any minimum or maximum, dollar amount or quantity of services from any specific Contractor.
