This projects targeted completion date is October 31, 2025. Specifics of this project include: Removal and disposal of one (1) existing operable wall and pocket door system. Furnishing and installation of one (1) new operable wall and pocket door system. The approximate measurements are: 32' 9" x 10' 0". The new Paired Panel Operable Wall System should include: Minimum of 52-STC (Sound Transmission Class) Manually operated paired panels Welded steel frame construction Steel faces with acoustical substrate Continuous contact horizontal top sweep seals 2" automatic bottom seals Telescopic closure panel with seal One (1) ADA-compliant pass-through door. One (1) full-height storage pocket door - vinyl finish to match panels in a choice of manufacturer's standard colors. New steel track and trolley system. Manufacturer's warranty on materials and labor - please specify the warranty on parts and labor.
