As of March 31, 2026, a consultant has been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Reference Number 0000390226 The Town of Castle Rock's (the "Town") Public Works Department is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide construction administration assistance, inspection and materials testing services for the Town's Fifth Street Improvements Project (the "Project"). The construction scope of work generally includes: removing & replacing existing asphalt pavements, additional asphalt pavements on widened sections of roadway, retaining wall construction (MSE), earthwork, utility relocation, water line construction and hydrant relocations, private utility relocation coordination, stormwater/drainage improvements, signal installation, erosion control installation and maintenance, ADA and pedestrian improvements, and construction zone traffic control. Further details of specific duties/activities to be performed by the consultant are outlined in section 4 of this RFP. The services sought will enhance the Town's ability to ensure construction conforms with the design plans and specifications as well as meeting documentation and reporting requirements related to federal funding provisions.
