Site work for a water / sewer project in Dover, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of September 17, 2020, project was awarded to National Water Main Cleaning Company for $35,052.75. Construction shall consist of, but not be limited to, the installation of +/- 1,215 lineal feet of 8" CIPP liner into the 8" VCP sanitary sewer line. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442, approved August 15, 1961 and subsequent amendments. Wage rates are included in the Contract Documents. A bid bond or certified check made payable to Dover Borough in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the sealed bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Each bidder shall be prepared to submit evidence of qualifications to perform the work and references from previous contracts. The borough reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason which are in the best interest of the borough and waive irregularities.
